Psalm 35:25-27

New International Version

²⁵ Do not let them think, “Aha,^(A) just what we wanted!”
    or say, “We have swallowed him up.”^(B)

²⁶ May all who gloat^(C) over my distress^(D)
    be put to shame^(E) and confusion;
may all who exalt themselves over me^(F)
    be clothed with shame and disgrace.
²⁷ May those who delight in my vindication^(G)
    shout for joy^(H) and gladness;
may they always say, “The Lord be exalted,
    who delights^(I) in the well-being of his servant.”^(J)
